At Vic’s Steakhouse & Bar in Victoria our culinary team has a passion for sourcing local, organic ingredients from the Vancouver Island and British Columbia region to show our guests all the amazing products that come from their very own backyard. We work closely with local farmers to gain access to fresh produce that we highlight on our season menus.
