
Chef de Parti Jonathan Spanton was trained in Toronto, Ontario at the George Brown College. He has been working in the hospitality industry for eight years now and cooking professionally for nearly 6 years. His passion for Canadian food and wine brought him to Vic’s Steakhouse in Edmonton two years ago where he’s had the opportunity to explore the true concept of Canadian cuisine.“I am proud of what this country stands for and love that Vic’s is dedicated to putting the “eh” back into steak.”
